How long have you been at Pear Orchard on staff?

This summer I will complete 26 years on staff at POPC.

Where did you grow up?

I was born and raised in the Steel City of Pittsburgh Pa. My paternal Grandfather was the chief engineer of Mesta Machine Co. in PGH and that is where my dad grew up also.

My dad gave me the nickname Chip growing up.

What is a hobby of yours?

I was a competitive tennis player in HS and college and at one time had a ranking in the Jr.. USTA middle states rankings. High school team went 22-0 and won the state championship.

Fun fact?

I ride a unicycle.

One of the best meals you’ve had? Any number of meals in foreign countries as I was there for a mission trip or teaching with new found friends in their homes.

What are you known for?

Proverbs 20:6. Many a man claims to have unfailing love, but a faithful man, who can find. I would simply like to be known as a faithful servant of Christ, husband, and father, which would be a fulfilling life.

Apart from my marriage and family, the greatest privilege of my life has been to serve at POPC for these 26 years.
